DSPS offers many ways to get acquainted with other artists. (For regular emails reminding you of our events, Join us! at Meetup.com)

DSPS is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization helping local artists to promote their work and improve their craft. An historic home in St. Anne's Hill, 48 High Street Gallery serves as both an operating base and a gallery space for DSPS with free parking across the street in the lot at the Bomberger Center. Other area art groups and individuals rent the space for their own shows as well.

Through arrangements DSPS has made with area galleries, members may display and promote their work upstairs at Dayton Convention Center and in DSPS' own space at Cannery Art Design Center (CADC). Additionally, DSPS presents several shows each year at its St. Anne's Hill location.

Rent Our Gallery!

Individual Studios (sometimes) available. Exhibit space available for a modest cost.
The ground floor of 48 High Street Gallery is dedicated art display space. Upstairs in the atelier, the Dayton Academy of Traditional Art led by Jerry Edwards offers artists over age 18 daily instruction and/or shared studio space with shared model fees, M-F 10 am -1 pm.

DSPS has been accepted for Downtown Dayton Partnership, which opens the way for us to be part of First Fridays, Urban nights, and other events.
