WEB GALLERY
| The primary purpose of this web gallery is to show
representative samples of the work of DSPS members. If a particular work is offered for sale, arrangements or negotiations must be made directly with the artist. DSPS makes no commission on sales. If you wish to commission an artist for a project you have in mind, contact the artist, not DSPS. (The telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses are on the membership page). Contact DSPS only if you cannot find what you're looking for. Members whose work is not shown may have their own website, in which case a link will be available on the membership page. All images are shown in thumbnail form; click on the image to see an enlargement. Also remember that no web image can hope to match the quality of the original work. |
WEB POLICY
- The DSPS web gallery is open to all DSPS members.
-Members may submit photographic print(s) of their artwork, up to five pieces, including SASE, to the Web Master for scanning and loading to the gallery, or they may send them to the Web Master as JPEG e-mail attachment(s). A charge will be levied for each image accepted, as set by the Board.
-Registration information should include the artist's name, title of artwork, size, medium used, and price (optional).
-An indemnification statement, signed by the member, must be included with the submittal, as follows:
I affirm that I own all rights to reproduce the image(s) being submitted for web gallery display, or have obtained sufficient authority from the owner to permit the Dayton Society of Painters and Sculptors (DSPS) to scan, load, and display the image(s) without infringing upon the rights of any person. I agree to indemnify DSPS and its agents from any actual or alleged inaccuracy in this affirmation.

two years, but may be renewed at the going rate..
